Where possible we will resolve the callout during the visit. If further works are necessary we will detail required works with our comments and costs, for approval, before proceeding further. In all instances, the callout site will be left in a safe and ordered condition.

Our Scheduled Maintenance visits to our clients premises enable budgetary control of necessary works at pre-agreed fixed costs. The duration and regularity of the visits are determined in consultation with our clients, after we have conducted an initial site survey.
The maintenance programme can be adjusted at anytime to comply with the changing demands of the works required and any budgetary constraints applied.

Our Programmed Maintenance Visits have proven to be very cost effective to out clients and and can also include preventative maintenance agreement to appropriate areas. Our flexible approach allows for works to be completed outside of trading hours where required and the ability to increase or decrease the intervals between visits, and rearrange visits around promotional launches ect, simply on the basis of a faxed instruction from our clients.
